Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery-gold highlights and a rich mahogany edge.

Nose

Luxurious and aged, the nose unfurls dried fruit (prune, fig, raisin) with toasted oak and a whisper of sherry. Caramel, dark chocolate and espresso mingle with orange zest and vanilla, while cinnamon and clove add spice and tobacco hints. A soft, refined smoke completes the fragrance.

Palate

Silky and richly layered on the palate, with dried fig and plum, orange zest and softened toffee joining caramel and cocoa. Sherry-cask maturity yields warm, nutty sweetness and gentle spice, guided by elegant oak toward a long, refined finish.

Finish

Silky, long finish with sherry-tinged sweetness that lingers over dried fruit, toasted oak and spice, fading to dark chocolate and orange zest with a warm, refined glow.
