Palate
On the palate, a silky, well-balanced whiskey carries tropical fruit-forward notes. Ripe mango and juicy pineapple mingle with sweet Clementine, rounded by a creamy texture. A subtle IPA influence from the cask adds a light hop bite, leaving a clean, citrusy finish.
Finish
Bright tropical fruit lingers—mango, pineapple and clementine—lifted by a delicate hop-inflected finish. The IPA cask adds a crisp, resinous edge that fades into warm, creamy Jameson notes, leaving a subtle citrus glow.
