This Single Malt has been entirely matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, in much the same way that James Cree and John Crabbie matured their Whisky in the 1800’s. The high quality sherry casks give the whisky itself an indulgent, spicy and fruity finish.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany and copper highlights, a burnished, warm-gold glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry aroma, rich with dark dried fruits—raisin, fig, prune—alongside orange zest and candied peel. Spiced warmth from cinnamon and clove mingles with toasted almond, cocoa and toffee. Velvet oak threads through, yielding a luxurious, dessert-like sherried scent.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied and indulgent, this single malt coats the palate with sherry-soaked fruit—dark raisins, fig, prune—while toasted almond and creamy toffee mingle with cinnamon and nutmeg. A wave of cocoa and oak adds complexity, finishing long with warm spice.
Finish
Sherried, long and velvety, with dark fruits—prune, fig, raisin—intertwined with spice notes of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg; a touch of toasted oak and cacao lingers into a warm, fruit-sweet glow.
