Colour

Ripe dried fruit dominates the aroma: plush raisins and sultanas weave with a bright twist of orange peel. Hints of sherry-seasoned oak lend a warm, glistening sweetness, underscored by delicate spice and a sun-warmed depth that promises richness to come.

Palate

Silky and fig-forward, with ripe dates and a touch of dried spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg. Sherry-seasoned oak lends warmth and a subtle raisin sweetness, guiding a supple middle to a lingering, spiced finish with fruit and toasted oak echoes.

Finish

Long, velvety finish of sherry-influenced sweetness, with raisin and fig remnants weaving through orange peel and dried spice, then mellowing to toasted oak warmth that lingers softly.
