Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden-amber with warm copper undertones.

Nose

Vanilla and caramel lead, carried by warm corn sweetness and a touch of honey. Toasted oak and maple mingle with baking spices—cinnamon and white pepper—while orchard fruit brightness and a creamy bourbon perfume finish the aroma with classic New World charm.

Palate

Silky and approachable on the palate, with creamy vanilla and caramel intertwined with honeyed corn, subtle orange zest, and a whisper of toasted oak. Gentle spices emerge mid-palate, delivering a clean, lasting sweetness and refined warmth.

Finish

Warm, gently sweet with vanilla and caramel that lingers on the palate. Subtle corn-forward sweetness fades to toasted oak and a whisper of spice, leaving a creamy, light finish that invites another sip.
