Elijah Craig was a larger-than-life character in Kentucky in the late 1700s. He was a preacher, founded a school and owned several businesses. In 1789 he founded his distillery and is credited as the first to char oak barrels to make Bourbon. Over 200 years later, we honor his innovative spirit with this Rye Whiskey.
