Colour

Golden amber with warm honeyed tones and a soft coppery edge.

Nose

Soft vanilla, honey and orchard fruit lift a whisper of malt; citrus zest and almond thread through gentle oak spice, with a light touch of sherry sweetness in the background.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, a creamy veil of vanilla custard, honeyed citrus and orchard fruit. Subtle sherry sweetness threads through dried fig and almond, while gentle spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—lends warmth. A touch of oak provides structure, delivering a smooth, lingering finish of toffee and cocoa that invites the next thoughtful sip.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish with warm sherry echoes, dried fruit and dark chocolate weaving through toasted oak. A delicate nutty spice lingers, inviting another sip as orange zest and caramel fade to a softly sweet, enduring warmth.
