Colour

Golden honey with a sunlit amber tint.

Nose

Delicate peat and coastal breeze mingle with honeyed sweetness and heather. Bright citrus zest and vanilla-touched toffee rise above a whisper of sea salt, with a subtle sherry-nut warmth. The aroma is light, floral, and inviting, lingering softly.

Palate

Silky, honeyed sweetness with creamy vanilla and citrus zest. Gentle peat smoke threads through orchard fruit and dried apricot, balanced by subtle maritime salt and toasted oak. Refined, medium-bodied, with lingering honeyed smoke and spice.

Finish

Long and refined, with honeyed fruit and vanilla giving way to a soft heathery peat. A coastal warmth lingers, subtly spiced, as the oak gently fades into a clean, lingering sweetness.
