This is the later 2015 limited edition release of the 21 year old Hibiki.
The Hibiki 21 year old is pretty 'Hard To Find' these days due to the multitude of awards it has won.
"The nose is sweet and spicy like a box of orange peel and raisins scattered with ginger. This tastes smooth yet elegantly assertive, with spiced stewed plums and homemade vanilla ice cream. The finish is long, deep and complex."

Sweet and spicy on the nose, like orange peel and raisins perfumed with ginger. Cooked fruit notes—blackberry and ripe banana—rise over a caramel-sweet glow, inviting warmth and elegant, old-world complexity.
Palate
Silky and balanced, the palate combines warm sandalwood and honeycomb sweetness with dried apricot and Mizunara oak. A creamy, fruit-laden core leads to a refined, resinous finish that lingers with subtle spice and warmth.

Long, deep and rich with an incense aroma, the finish lingers with warmth and refinement.
