Opulent nose of raisin and fig, lacquered in dark toffee and caramel, with notes of sun-warmed orange zest. Spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, a whisper of clove—rise over toasted oak and vanilla. Finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, it offers a velvety sweetness and refined sherried depth that hints at the indulgent palate to come.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate with rich raisin and dried fruit notes—fig and date—woven into velvety toffee and vanilla. Sherry-cask spice—cinnamon and clove—adds warmth against smooth oak, finishing long with creamy sweetness.
