Nose

Opulent sherry-fruit aromas rise with honeyed vanilla and toasted oak. Dried fig and raisin mingle with orange zest, caramel and almond, wrapped in a velvety sweetness. Subtle spice and a peppery edge from the high strength give a poised, refined backbone.

Palate

Silky and full-bodied, it unfurls dark fruits—raisin, fig, date and dried orange—layered with cherry and sultana. Sherry depth delivers toffee, vanilla and toasted oak, with cocoa and coffee notes adding gravity. Cinnamon and clove spice lingers as a peppery, warming finish; the 56.2% ABV coats the tongue for a long, refined fade of fruit, chocolate and oak.

Long, velvety finish with rich, raisiny sherry sweetness, dark chocolate and toasted spice, fading into polished oak and a bright touch of orange zest that lingers warmly.
