Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with warm copper-gold highlights and a honeyed glow.

Nose

Opulent nose of dried fruits and orange peel, woven with warm sherry and toffee. Rich fig and date unfold with almond, vanilla, and cinnamon, while polished oak adds structure. A whisper of leather and cocoa lingers, hinting at a luxurious, velvety mouthfeel to come.

Palate

Silky and layered, the palate opens with raisin and fig sweetness tempered by dark toffee and vanilla. Sherried spice, almond and a touch of oak add depth, while creamy fruitiness carries through to a long, warm finish with cocoa and walnut notes.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish with raisin and orange zest from the sherry influence, weaving spices and dark chocolate into a warm, velvety fade that slowly rests on toasty oak.
