Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich coppery amber with sunlit honey-gold highlights.
Nose
Fresh pear and green apple rise from creamy vanilla and subtle oak, a bright orchard sweetness on the nose. Sherry cask influence adds toasted almond, fig and raisin, with a whisper of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—giving a warm, inviting depth.
Palate
Silky and bright on the palate, Highland orchard fruit leads with pear and apple, brushed by vanilla and toasted oak. A gentle undercurrent of spice and hints of sherry sweetness deepen the mid-palate, while a creamy texture carries notes of honey and almonds. The finish is warm, softly drying, with lingering fruit and a mocha-tinted nutty lift.
Finish
Sherry-kissed, silky finish with toasted oak, dried fig and almond notes. Gentle spice blossoms as the sweetness lingers, leaving a refined honeyed warmth that gradually fades to a clean, velvety resolve.
