Opulent and inviting, the nose unfolds with sun-kissed orchard fruits—pears and apples—enhanced by sherry-cask influence. Dried fig and raisin mingle with dark cocoa, toasted almond, and vanilla oak. Subtle cinnamon and ginger weave through, finishing with a refined, warm edge that hints at its age.
Palate
Silky, sherry-kissed palate with ripe fruit and luxurious sweetness: dried cherries, raisins and fig mingle with toffee, orange zest and cinnamon. Almond notes weave through toasted oak as malt sweetness lingers into a warm, balanced finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with sherry-soft sweetness, dried orchard fruits, warm spice and toasted oak, slowly fading to a whisper of dark chocolate.
