Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with honeyed warmth and coppery glints, a sunlit, mature glow.
Nose
Blueberry yoghurt with vanilla ice cream opens the bouquet, mingled with custard cream biscuits, toasted marshmallows and warming notes of nutmeg and clove. Dried apricot adds fruit, while aromatic candle wax and white chocolate lend creamy, confectionery depth, finished by a whisper of rum baba.
Palate
Silky white chocolate ice cream, eggnog and vanilla custard mingle with rum raisin chocolate, backed by sweet aromatic spices and a creamy, oaked finish.
Finish
French toast with stewed apple, clotted cream fudge, creme brulee tops, vanilla panna cotta and white chocolate.
