Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold glow and ruby-tinted edges, hinting at sherried richness.

Nose

Sherried opulence fills the nose: dried figs, raisins and dates mingle with orange zest and caramelized toffee. Spices rise—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—over toasted oak, almond paste and a whisper of leather. Rich fruit and wood mingle in a velvety, lingering aroma that promises depth, elegance and refined aging.

Palate

Silky and full on the palate, with raisin and fig sweetness balanced by toffee and caramel. Sherry depth brings cocoa, toasted almond and a gentle cinnamon-nutmeg spice, while oak provides quiet structure. The finish is long and warming, echoing dried fruit, dark chocolate and spice.

Finish

A long, warming finish of polished oak and rich sherry sweetness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with orange zest, dark chocolate and almond, while cinnamon and spice leave a velvety, lingering warmth that slowly fades.
