Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with burnished copper-gold glow and a mahogany-hued edge.
Nose
An opulent sherried bouquet opens with prune, fig and raisin, buoyed by subtle orange zest. Rich toffee and vanilla cream drift over toasted oak, with whispers of chocolate, almond, and cinnamon. A refined, resinous quality adds depth, while a delicate leather edge hints at age and cask strength elegance.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, the palate offers a velvety mouthfeel with a sherry-kissed depth. Dried figs, prunes and dark cherries mingle with candied orange, cocoa and toasted almond. Spices: clove, cinnamon, nutmeg—roam over polished oak, with a subtle tobacco note. A warm sweetness lingers, leaving a refined, enduring afterglow.
Finish
Exquisitely long and luscious, the finish pours out with dried fig, raisin, and dark chocolate, lifted by orange zest and gentle spice. Sherry-cask depth lingers, leaving a warm, oak‑sweet glow that gradually fades to elegant, dry polish.
