Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
A full, complex bouquet of sun-warmed orchard fruits, woven with sherried malt, revealing hints of fig, raisin and a whisper of toasted barley.
Palate
On the palate, sherry-forward depth meets cognac-brandy warmth, with ripe fruit and toasted nuts. Marzipan and icing swirl through, like a Christmas cake in liquid form, delivering lush sweetness, a hint of spice, and a velvety, lingering finish.
Finish
An almost endless finish you never want to end, lingering with burnt chocolate at the back of the mouth. Subtle cocoa, sherry sweetness and warm spice drift through the palate, finishing silky and refined with a cocoa-dusted farewell.
