Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery glow and a whisper of mahogany.

Nose

Opulent sherry-led aroma of dried fruits—raisin, fig and prune—wreathed with orange zest, toffee and vanilla. Cocoa, toasted oak and gentle spice mingle with hints of leather, delivering a mature, luxurious perfume that speaks to 27 years of careful aging in a single cask.

Palate

Velvety, full-bodied and richly sherried, this Glenfarclas coats the palate with fruitcake depth. Dried figs, raisins and orange zest mingle with cocoa, toasted almond and baking spices, while a silky oak backbone sustains a long, warm finish.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish filled with dried fig and raisin sweetness, threaded with orange zest, dark chocolate and cinnamon. The cask-strength warmth lingers, revealing polished oak and a hint of espresso, before fading to a velvety note of cocoa and leather.
