Sweet, creamy vanilla greets the nose, lifted by a kiss of ginger. Spiced mulled wine and ripe pear weave a festive, cozy sweetness, hinting at the sherry-cask richness that underpins this 12-year-old Highland classic.
Palate
Rich, creamy, silky-smooth on the palate, with warm oak and sherry sweetness. A full mouthfeel with raisins and soft fruits.
Finish
Spicy and lingering, the finish travels a medium length, finishing dry with warm oak and a subtle echo of rich sherry spice.
