Batch number 8 of GlenDronach's Cask Strength series. This bottling is a 10 year old Single Malt that has been matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks before being bottled at a natural cask strength of 61% ABV.
This whisky offers connoisseurs a deeper insight into the distillery’s signature profile. This is an exquisitely rich and full-bodied Single Malt.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep mahogany-tinged amber, with burnished copper highlights and a ruby glow that hints at rich sherry.
Nose
Sandalwood, oak balsam and richly aromatic Colombian coffee, with dark manuka honey, cocoa and Brazil nut.
Palate
Like sipping velvet, with mocha, caramel macchiato and cherry chocolate cake, layered with dates, plum skin and sultana.
Finish
An exceedingly long finish that lingers with espresso and dark cocoa, threaded with liquorice and a hint of cherry tobacco, leaving a warm, velvety impression that invites the next sip.
