Velvety and full-bodied, the palate pours forth rich Oloroso sherry: dark figs, raisins and plum with notes of toffee, cocoa and candied orange. Spices—nutmeg and ginger—twist through a warm, oily mouthfeel, supported by a subtle oak backbone. The finish is long and luxurious, leaving dried fruit sweetness and a whisper of chocolate.
