Colour

Deep golden amber with warm coppery highlights.

Nose

Dark sherry sweetness with dried fig and raisin, wrapped in caramelised vanilla and toasted oak. Hints of orange zest and cocoa nibs emerge as sea-salt and iodine drift in from Campbeltown air, lending a coastal, maritime edge to a bold, aromatic bouquet.

Palate

Full-bodied, mouth-coating and warmly assertive. Layers of toffee, vanilla and ripe orchard fruit ride a maritime saltiness, with hints of dark chocolate and coffee. Ginger and white pepper spice bloom mid-palate, leading to a long, drying finish of oak, citrus zest and a touch of smoke.

Finish

Long and opulent, the finish lingers with sherried sweetness and warm oak. Rich dried fruit—fig and raisin—unfold alongside dark chocolate and toasted spice, with a coastal whisper of sea-salt. Velvety and persistent, it slowly fades to a warm, comforting glow.
