This Single Cask Release from Glen Scotia was distilled in 1992 and matured for 28 years in a first fill Bourbon barrel. Rich butterscotch aromeas combine with red apples and toasted malt. Smooth flavours of white chocolate are followed by orange and pepper. The finish has lingering notes of mature oak and grapefruit.

Deep amber with a warm honey-gold glow and coppery undertones, sun-bronzed and inviting.
Nose
Rich butterscotch aromas rise from the glass, mingling with red apples and toasted malt, shaped by the warmth of a first-fill Bourbon cask.
Palate
On the palate, red apples and toasted malt anchor a velvety core of rich butterscotch, with silky white chocolate. Orange zest and pepper weave through, building to a long, oak-driven finish with grapefruit.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish drapes the palate in mature oak, with a bright grapefruit note that lingers, leaving a crisp, citrus-driven warmth that slowly fades.
