Warm, fragrant nose offers honeyed orchard fruits—apple and pear—set with citrus zest, vanilla, and almond. A delicate sherry lift evokes dried figs and sultanas, finishing with cocoa and soft spice.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied on the palate, with creamy malt and ripe orchard fruit balanced by honeyed vanilla. Sherry influence brings dried fig, raisin and a touch of dark chocolate, tempered by toasted almond. Warm spice—cinnamon and clove—emerges against polished oak, delivering a long, velvety finish with a gentle, lingering sweetness.

Finish

Long and elegant, this finish unfolds with warming spice, dried fruit, and cocoa, carried by velvety oak. Sherry-influenced sweetness lingers alongside vanilla and honey, tapering to almond and a hint of chocolate, leaving a refined, comforting glow.
