Glen Keith Distillery was built in 1957, a relative newcomer to Speyside’s centuries-old Scotch Whisky landscape. The stills at Glen Keith are narrow and tall, creating a spirit that is light and delicate. This excellent Single Malt commands respect, having been honoured with a traditional maturation in Bourbon. Matured for over 25 years, this spirit was filled into firstfill Oloroso Sherry casks for a further sixteen months. This rare Single Malt gradually developed beautiful complexities that only decades ageing in oak casks can create.

Long and refined, the finish delivers gentle candied fruits that linger with a delicate hint of ginger. A soft, warming sweetness fades to a restrained spice, leaving a bright, fruit-forward impression on the palate.
