Silky and poised, the palate opens with dried orange, date and pear, cloaked in sherry-rich depth. Rich toffee, raisin and cocoa layer over nutty oak, while cinnamon and ginger provide quiet spice. The texture is satin-like with a gentle waxiness. A long, refined finish carries warm fruit, caramel and a whisper of leather.
