A short lived Grain distillery (only in operation between 1964 and 1986). As such bottles from this distillery are very scarce and much sought after. This bottling was released for Signatory vintages 10th anniversary in 1998. One of only 218 bottles. Presented in a velvet case with 2 glass tumblers.

Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery reflections and a whisper of mahogany
Nose
Rich sherried depth greets the nose: dried figs and raisins entwined with toffee, orange peel and vanilla, folded into a creamy grain base. Cocoa, almond and a whisper of nutmeg rise over polished oak, while a subtle, resinous perfume hints at old furniture and velvet.
Palate
Full-bodied and velvety, this grain whisky unfurls a rich sherried sweetness with prune and fig, balanced by toffee, cocoa and brown sugar. Oak spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—adds depth, while a creamy, oak-driven core carries a long, nutty finish with a whisper of orange zest.
Finish
Silky, sherried finish with indulgent dried fruit, fig and toffee sweetness. Oak-driven warmth weaves through spice, cocoa and almond, tapering to a long, velvety tail. Persistent yet refined, the high-strength grain asserts elegance rather than bite.
