Foursquare Sagacity is the eleventh release in the Exceptional Cask Selection series and was bottled in 2019 at 12 years old.

A single blended rum from Barbados, it combines spirit from Foursquare’s pot and column stills, with maturation in ex-bourbon casks followed by a finish in ex-Madeira casks.

Foursquare Rum Distillery was established in 1996 in St Philip, Barbados, by the Seale family, whose wider business, R.L. Seale & Co., dates back to 1926. The distillery was built on the site of a former sugar factory, which gives it a stronger historical connection than its modern founding date might suggest, and it remains a fourth-generation Barbadian family business under Richard Seale.
