Foursquare Epilogue is the thirty-first and final release in the Exceptional Cask Selection series, marking the close of one of rum’s most respected modern collections. A single blended rum from Barbados, it combines spirit distilled in Foursquare’s copper double retort pot still and twin column stills, then matures for a minimum of 19 years in ex-bourbon American white oak. Bottled at 57% ABV, it is presented without chill filtration, at natural colour, and with no added sweeteners or other adjuncts.

This is a fitting finale for the series: mature, full-bodied and deeply composed, with the long bourbon cask ageing allowing the distillery’s structure and balance to shine. The profile leans into dark chocolate, leather and dried fruit, with a big, mouth-filling palate, silky texture and a long, rewarding finish.
