Single Cask

This single cask Barbados rum, bottled by Thompson Bros, was pot and column distilled and matured with significant tropical ageing. Rich and powerful, it delivers layers of Christmas cake, pineapple, dark chocolate and warming spice, followed by walnut oil, nutmeg and chilli warmth. The long, spicy finish balances earthy depth with lingering fruit sweetness.

Foursquare Rum Distillery was established in 1996 in St Philip, Barbados, by the Seale family, whose wider business, R.L. Seale & Co., dates back to 1926. The distillery was built on the site of a former sugar factory, which gives it a stronger historical connection than its modern founding date might suggest, and it remains a fourth-generation Barbadian family business under Richard Seale.
