A special-edition bourbon from FEW. Originally released in 2018. this has been matured in a single barrel before being bottled at 101 proof. Aromas of sugar, chocolate, toffee honeycomb and spice fill the nose. The palate is jam packed full of baking spices, white pepper, caramel, orange peel, toffee, clove, vanilla and more warming spice.

Deep amber with coppery-bronze highlights and a warm, sunlit bronze glow.

Nose

An inviting bouquet of sugar, chocolate, toffee honeycomb and spice fills the nose, a confectionery warmth with sweet depth and a lively spice lift preluding the palate.

Palate

Jam-packed with baking spices, white pepper and warming spice, it envelops the palate with caramel sweetness, toffee and orange peel, plus vanilla, clove and a whisper of chocolate. Rich and full-bodied, it glides to a long, spicy finish with toasted oak and a kiss of heat from the barrel.

Finish

Long, warm finish with vanilla, caramel and toffee; toasted spices linger, edged by orange zest and white pepper, slowly fading into silky warmth.
