The second release in The Collection, Warehouse 2 Batch No.002 has been crafted from a hand picked selection of 1st fill ex-American Rye barrels and 1st fill ex-Bourbon barrels; filled with spirit that flowed from the Fettercairn stills in 2009, matured in Warehouse 2, and bottled in 2021.
On the nose there are aromas of sweet honey, sugared almonds and soft spices, married with tropical fruit notes and sweet vanilla. The flavours on the palate are layered with tropical and citrus fruits, sweet cassia bark, moist ginger cake, warming maple syrup and roasted Arabica coffee.

Nose
Aromas of honeyed sweetness, sugared almonds and soft spices harmonise with tropical fruits and a kiss of vanilla.
Palate
On the palate, tropical and citrus fruits mingle with cassia bark and moist ginger cake, supported by warming maple syrup; roasted Arabica coffee notes add depth for a softly spiced, lingering finish.
Finish
Long and warming, the finish coats the palate with cassia spice and ginger cake, tempered by maple syrup. Tropical fruit gives way to citrus zest, then a soft roast of Arabica coffee, with vanilla and a lingering, elegant glow.
