Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a warm copper glow and tawny honey edges—an inviting, sunlit bronze that speaks of sherry-soaked maturity and long cask aging.
Nose
Luxurious, sherry-kissed nose with dried fruits—raisin, fig, date—woven into dark chocolate and espresso. Subtle orange zest, toasted almond and cinnamon mingle with polished oak, vanilla and a hint of toffee, finishing with a refined floral lift.
Palate
Silky and full on the palate, this sherry‑cask malt delivers ripe fig and raisin fruit folded into toffee and dark chocolate. Spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—add warmth, supported by refined oak and a touch of orange zest. The finish is long and elegant, with creamy depth and soft almond lingering.
Finish
Long, velvety finish of sherry-kissed sweetness with dark fruit, cocoa and spice, drifting into warm oak. A refined, lingering fade with subtle nutty echoes.
