Palate

Silky and balanced, the palate opens with honeyed orchard fruit and subtle Islay peat, backed by a creamy Highland malt sweetness. Sherry-cask notes bring fig, dried apricot, cocoa and toasted vanilla, with a thread of spice weaving through. The finish is medium-long, showing warm smoke and a gently drying, nutty fade.
