Colour

Nose

Rich, sherried aromas rise in a luxuriant wave: dried fruits such as plum, fig and raisin, bound with dark chocolate, orange zest and toffee. Velvet oak and a whisper of spice—cinnamon and clove—provide warmth, while almond paste and hazelnut add a nutty finesse. A touch of tobacco and leather lingers, finishing with aged, elegant depth.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with a warm, sherried depth. Dried figs and plum mingle with toasted almonds, while lacquered oak adds structure. Notes of orange zest and dark chocolate mingle with a whisper of espresso, culminating in a long, nutty finish.

Finish

Opulent and long, the finish coats the palate with dried fruits—raisin, fig and prune—infused with sherry sweetness. Cocoa, almond and orange zest rise beside warming spice, while velvet oak cushions the palate as leather notes slowly fade into a refined, lasting finish.
