An inviting, honeyed bouquet of ripe orchard fruit—pears and apples—blurred with vanilla and light oak. A flutter of citrus zest adds lift, while whispers of toffee, dried fruit, and gentle spice hint at sherry influence, yielding a warm, elegant sweetness and velvety depth from age.
Palate
Velvety and rich on the palate, with dark fruit and toffee underpinned by raisin, fig and orange zest. Sherry-influenced sweetness coats velvety oak, revealing chocolatey depths, nutty notes and gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—that linger. A warm, balanced finish that unfolds long and refined.

Long, sherried finish rich with dried fruits, cocoa and toasted almond; gentle spice and oak linger, wrapping the palate in warm, refined sweetness that slowly dissolves.
