Tasting Notes
Colour
A gleaming spectrum of golden amber hues, from pale straw to deep copper, with honeyed bronze glints across each dram.
Nose
Smoked, sun-warmed and sweet, with vanilla, toffee and toasted corn rising from a core of oak. Brimstone lends char and a chili glow, while citrus zest and cocoa threads from the other drams weave through a bold, Texan bouquet that lingers with peppery warmth.
Palate
From a smoky, pepper-kissed entrance of Brimstone to the malty sweetness of Texas Single Malt and the bright corn character of Baby Blue, the palate unfolds in waves. Vanilla and caramel deepen into toffee, mingled with cinnamon and nutmeg, finishing with the bold, warming bite of True Blue 100 Proof. A five-dram journey that balances smoke, corn, and spice into a seamless Texan spectrum.
Finish
An expansive, enduring finish that opens with smoke and vanilla, then reveals cocoa, caramel and blue-corn sweetness, before spice and peppery warmth take hold. A refined Texan echo lingers, fading slowly with oak and a final, warm kiss.
