Colour

Golden amber with a warm, honeyed glow.

Nose

Soft, honeyed aroma of orchard fruit—pear and apple—laced with vanilla and delicate toffee. Subtle oak, waxy notes, and a whisper of almond mingle with faint citrus zest, evoking a refined, aged elegance.

Palate

Silky and balanced, the palate offers honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla cream, and toffee sweetness, subtly enhanced by a refined sherry lift of dried fruits and almond. Light spice and gentle oak weave through a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel, finishing with a warm, lingering sweetness and a touch of cocoa.

Finish

Long, elegant finish rich with sherry-inflected sweetness, dried fruit and cocoa, tempered by toasted oak and subtle spice. Vanilla and a whisper of leather fade into a warm, refined, silky glow.
