Tennessee Straight Rye is made from 100% rye grain which imparts a spicier flavour to the whiskey. The rye is allowed to ferment past its full conversion, allowing a fruity characteristic to come through - this softens the boldness of the spice. The spirit is then aged in 53 gallon barrels until maturity and bottled in single barrel releases.

Rye-forward and vibrant, it delivers peppery spice—cinnamon, clove—counterpointed by bright fruit notes of apple and pear with a lemony zest. Vanilla and toasted oak add creamy depth, shaping a smooth, medium-full body. The finish is warm and persistent, with lingering rye spice and a subtle orchard sweetness.
