Colour

Nose
Opulent sherry influence wraps ripe pear and orchard fruit in a warm, resinous veil. Dried apricot and raisin mingle with almond, vanilla and honeyed toffee, while soft spices and polished oak lend depth. A delicate malt sweetness threads through, inviting a lusciously refined nose.
Palate
Silky and refined, with lemon zest and green apple dancing beside honeyed cereals. Subtle vanilla and soft oak cradle delicate spice, delivering a creamy mid-palate that glides to a clean, lightly drying finish.
Finish
Long, velvety finish coats the palate with warm, refined sweetness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with cocoa and almond, lifted by subtle oak and a final veil of spice—nutmeg and vanilla—leaving a lasting, elegant trace.
