Daftmill Whiskyland Chapter 35 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 20 Year Old · 2006 Vintage
In stock
Whiskyland Chapter Thirty Seven is a landmark 20-year-old Daftmill created from a marriage of two complementary casks: a first-fill sherry butt and a first-fill bourbon barrel. Distilled in 2006 and bottled with a gentle reduction to 53% ABV, this small-batch release produced 368 bottles.
The combination of sherry and bourbon maturation brings exceptional depth to Daftmill’s distinctive Lowland spirit. Rich dark fruit, tobacco and fruit cake are balanced by honeyed sweetness, dense texture and mature oak, producing a sumptuous and complex whisky with considerable weight.
