Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a hint of mahogany.

Nose

Elegant and waxy, with citrus zest and ripe pear at the core, lifted by rich Oloroso sherry. Raisin, fig and cocoa drift through honeyed toffee, while a saline, maritime edge and polished oak lend grace. Spices of cinnamon and clove weave through the perfume, creating a warm, luxurious aroma.

Palate

Silky waxiness and coastal brine frame bright citrus zest and pear. Finished in Oloroso sherry, it broadens into rich dried fruits—raisin, fig—backed by dark chocolate, toffee and warming spice, all carried on a smooth, slightly oily mouthfeel with a long, refined finish.

Finish

Long, waxy finish of toasted almond, dried fig and cocoa, brightened by citrus zest. The Oloroso Seco cask lingers as a warm, nutty sweetness with spice, fading to a dry, coastal glow.
