Part of the Clonakilty Cask Finish Series. This Single Grain uses a nine year old premium Irish Grain and is gently cut and finished in carefully selected Bordeaux casks at Clonakilty's Atlantic Ocean warehouse.

Colour

Deep amber with a coppery glow and a wine-kissed ruby edge.

Nose

Toasted oak and sweet red berries rise in a warm, inviting aroma, a berry-sweet richness that elegantly sets the stage.

Palate

Fruity on the palate, with strawberry sweetness intertwined with honey and vanilla, elevated by a gentle, warm wood-spice that lingers from the Bordeaux cask finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish of warm wood spice, with a bright hint of cracked pepper that lingers, leaving a pepper-kissed echo of oak.
