Sweet honey and orchard fruit rise on the nose, with vanilla cream and soft malt. A gentle oak warmth underpins delicate almond and dried-fruit hints, suggesting a subtle sherry lift that lingers with quiet refinement.

Palate

Silky, lightly oily on the tongue, it reveals honeyed orchard fruit—apple and pear—alongside vanilla custard and soft toffee. A whisper of almond and gentle spice glides through creamy oak, delivering a balanced mid-palate and a warm, persistent sweetness on the finish.

Finish

Silky, honeyed and softly spiced, the finish lingers with creamy vanilla, malt and orchard fruit, tempered by delicate oak. A warm, velvety fade leaves almond and toffee notes, inviting the next refined sip.
