A bold, peated Caol Ila on the palate, with brisk medicinal peat and coastal iodine. Sea-salt drifts with minerals, while citrus zest and green apple provide bright contrast. A light caramel sweetness frames subtle ash and spice, leading to a cool, coastal finish where smoke and saline linger.
Finish
Long, coastal peat lingers, a briny wave of smoke that slowly reveals dried fruit, cocoa, and spice. Maritime warmth coats the palate, fading to a soft echo of oak and sea air—Caol Ila’s Islay character lingering with refined, lasting smoke.
