The pinnacle of the core range produced by Bushmills. Matured in a combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks for 19 years before being finished for 2 years in ex - Madeira casks. Produced from only 27 casks. Bottled at 40% abv, each bottle is individually numbered.
Rich and flavoursome with a marriage of dried fruits, aromatic maltiness, sweet spices and oaky nuttiness. Lots of vanilla and chocolate flavour on the palate and a silky sweet texture.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery glow and mahogany undertones.
Nose
An opulent nose of dried fruits—raisin, fig and candied orange—woven with malty warmth and soft spice. Oak comes forward as toasted almond and walnut, while vanilla cream and a whisper of cacao mingle with a refined sherry-Madeira lift, hinting at the 21 years of patient cask alchemy.
Palate
A luxurious tapestry of dried fruits, aromatic maltiness and oaky nuttiness, lifted by sweet spices. Vanilla and dark chocolate weave through a silky, honeyed sweetness, with a subtle Madeira-influenced depth and a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long and silky, the finish coats the palate with dried fruits, vanilla and cocoa, while soft spice lingers. Oak and nut notes add depth, with a refined Madeira warmth that slowly fades into a lingering, elegant sweetness.
