Taking their award-winning single malt used in Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey and finishing in hand-selected fine oak Caribbean rum barrels. These casks previously contained Dominican rum for 8 years resulting in a spicier, topical fruit led whiskey.

Colour
Rich golden amber with copper-bronze highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Tropical fruit bursts from the nose—pineapple, mango, ripe banana—woven with vanilla, caramel and a gentle molasses sweetness. Spiced rum echoes emerge: clove, nutmeg and allspice over toasted oak, with a touch of orange zest. A creamy, sun-warmed richness hints at Caribbean cask influence while the whiskey’s Irish poise stays bright and refined.
Palate
Medium-bodied and creamy on the palate, tropical notes of mango and pineapple mingle with Caribbean spice—ginger, cinnamon, clove. Vanilla and caramel edge in, guided by rum-cask sweetness and oak, delivering a warm, persistent spice that lingers with a hint of rum and fruit.
Finish
Long, warming finish infused with Caribbean spice and tropical fruit. Rich vanilla and toasted oak unfold with a gentle rum sweetness, fading to a lingering peppery warmth that invites another sip.
