Named after Loch Staoisha on the Isle of Islay, this young Bunnahabhain has aromas of peat smoke, fresh bananas and juicy melons. The palate opens with notes of banana bread, ripe apples and peat smoke, before developing notes of sea salt, brine and spicy black pepper. The finish is long and smoky, but with a sweet undercurrent that lingers.
