Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge, a warm, sunlit glow from the Manzanilla sherry cask.

Nose

Maritime and refined, the nose opens with Manzanilla-brined sweetness: almonds, dried fig, orange zest and pear, supported by vanilla oak. A thread of salted caramel and waxy barley adds coastal depth, finishing with bright, sun-warmed fruit.

Palate

Oily and full on the palate with a warming, sculpted mouthfeel. Manzanilla influences unfold as roasted almond and walnut mingle with orange zest, dried fig and apricot, edged by toffee and cocoa. A maritime brine sheen adds sly salt, while ginger-spice lends warmth. Long, nutty and suavely sherried, the finish lingers with velvety sweetness tempered by dry coastal complexity.

Finish

Long and elegant, the finish unfolds with almond and dried orange peel, a delicate sea-salt kiss, and the opulent sweetness of Manzanilla. Cocoa and hazelnut ride the warmth as spice and toasted oak fade to a velvety, lingering finale.
